Created by two sisters from Te Tai Tokerau, You Will Find was built around a simple belief: people should be discovered for who they are, not just the jobs they apply for.
Our Story
You Will Find was created by two sisters from Te Tai Tokerau, Aotearoa.
After more than a decade in the workforce, we found ourselves navigating the job market again and quickly realised how little the recruitment process had changed.
Recruitment had become focused on job advertisements, applications and CVs, rather than helping employers find the right people and candidates find the right opportunities.
We believed there was a better way.
Instead of building another job board, we built a platform where people create one profile and employers search for talent directly.
Guided by kaupapa Māori values, You Will Find was built to create a more human, respectful and transparent approach to recruitment, one that puts people at the centre of the process.
