Yes. You can update your profile, experience, skills and preferences at any time.
Simply sign in to your You Will Find account using your existing email address and password. Once logged in, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, then scroll down and select Edit Profile.
From there, you can update or correct the information on your profile as needed.
Removing phone numbers and email addresses helps ensure you remain in control of when your contact information is shared with employers.
Once your profile has been activated, you will see a References section on the side of your profile.
From there, you can add a reference by entering the name and email address of a previous employer or character referee. You Will Find will then send them an email asking them to provide a reference.
Once your referee responds, their response will appear in your profile dashboard. You will then have the option to choose whether or not to add that reference to your public profile for employers to view.
This allows you to gather verified references while still remaining in control of what information is visible to employers.
You Will Find is designed to create a more positive experience for candidates.
Instead of submitting applications and receiving rejection emails, you create a profile that employers can discover. From there, you will generally experience two outcomes: either no contact yet, or a positive connection request from an employer who is interested in speaking with you.
There are no rejection emails or automated declines, just opportunities to connect when an employer sees potential in your profile.
Some candidates create profiles to explore future opportunities or increase their visibility to employers.
You do not need to be unemployed to create a profile. Many people already have a job but are open to hearing about the right opportunity if it comes along.
Creating a free candidate profile allows you to showcase your skills and the type of role you would ideally like to move into. It simply gives employers the chance to discover you if a suitable opportunity arises.
A profile is considered incomplete if all steps in the profile setup process have not been finished. You can sign in at any time to complete the remaining sections of your profile. Once completed, your profile becomes active and can appear in employer search results.
If your profile remains incomplete or inactive, the You Will Find team may contact you by email to let you know which sections still need to be completed. If the required steps are not completed after this reminder, the profile may be removed from the platform.
This process helps ensure employers are presented with quality candidate profiles from people who have taken the time to fully showcase their skills and experience.
Yes. If you no longer wish to have a profile on You Will Find, you can delete it at any time.
Simply sign in to your account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, scroll to the bottom of your profile page and select Delete Profile.
Please note that once a profile is deleted, all data associated with that account and email address is permanently removed. If you wish to join You Will Find again in the future, you will need to create a new profile.

Yes. Employers can use the platform filters to explore available candidates before subscribing. Public profile previews allow you to see whether candidates may be relevant to your hiring needs. If you would like to unlock a candidate’s full profile or contact them, you will need to subscribe to a plan.

If you would like to explore the opportunity further, you can click the Let’s Connect button and provide a short message outlining the role or position you are looking to fill.
The candidate will then review the opportunity and decide whether they would like to proceed. If they are interested, they will release their name and email address so you can contact them directly and continue the recruitment process outside of the You Will Find platform.
If the candidate decides not to proceed, you will be notified that they have declined the opportunity.
